It under construction now with only one elevator working. No ice machines working. The pub is closed permanently.

Very centrally located . No frills apartment housing near everything in Anchorage . Service can be slow but I lucked out with Jimmy that fixed our fobs, and another employee that came to help fix our heaters . Plus he lent us a space heater ! Both of these employees were exemplary! Kudos to both of them . Very grateful for their excellent service . .Building was built between 1950’s- 60’s so expect bad insulation from the cold , defective or broken heaters , and only 1 elevator available since the other one has electrical wiring problems that are hard to fix due to a 1960’s electrical installation. Getting a good apartment with everything working can be a luck of the draw! But you cannot beat the price , that is for sure .
