Atlanta Pride 2026
About This Event
Atlanta Pride is the American South's biggest LGBTQ+ celebration. Each October, it takes over Piedmont Park and Midtown, drawing more than 300,000 people. This city's been the economic and cultural center of the American South for decades, and it's home to one of the most visible Black LGBTQ+ communities in the US.
Sunday's parade through Midtown pulls hundreds of thousands down Peachtree Street and into Piedmont Park. The festival runs there for two days, with several stages and community events. Atlanta in October means warm weather, not summer-hot, with good fall light. That makes the outdoor festival pretty comfortable.
