Palm Suites

Pleasant experience and getaway. The room was nice and smelled exceptional. I gave the rooms a 4 because it is a bit dated; slow drainage in the tub and the lock fell off of the balcony door. Other than that, It was still a good break away from reality with a beautiful view.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

At 930 I get a text about the kids playing they are making to much noise lol then another one about 1115 saying they got another complaint so basically, if you got kids, don’t bring them to this hotel and I know my kids will not making no noises at 11:15. They were just laughing so if you wanna have fun stay somewhere else my thing is don’t text my phone at 9:30 while I’m on vacation about somebody else miserable life if you want to sleep at 930 stay at home

My husband and I checked in on Monday in Room 109. The room shower head only drizzled out water and the water was cold. My husband reported this to the young lady up front who stated she needed to push a button to reset it on the water heater. The next morning I went back to the fromt office to a new person who claimed that the water heater is currently being taking apart to fix the water heater so we can get water and heating if it. We was forced to heat up water in the microwave believing the problem would be fixed, they claimed our room wasn’t the only one affected. On Wednesday morning I went back to the front and asked straight up again, the status of the water heater being fixed, the same found lady from day one restated they have a Plummer on the way as if she didn’t remember she told me this on Monday. Speechless, I replied you told me that Monday, so my question is should we move to another hotel.. she said no because a Plummer is on the way but on Tuesday they claimed it was actively being repaired. So my question is, which one was the truth, why lie to keep getting out money knowing we paid for hot water. Even gave the excuse that Plummers are very busy, confirming the business could care less and had no plan except to keep lying until Friday. They never used my number to call with updates, we had to go to them. We checked out as soon as my husband got home from work. She had the audacity to ask if it was because of the water? And offered no apology in the end. Speechless experience and we have never been to a hotel with drizzling cold water and lies to keep us there.

No one in the entire hotel had hot water (or even water pressure) from at least 30 March - 1 April 2026 (until we just cancelled the rest of the reservation and left). The front desk told us multiple times it was going to be fixed but that ended up not being the case.

Very clean, quiet experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful and my favorite part was the comfortable bed and view.

Great location! Clean room and grounds! Helpful staff! Special touch was the chocolate chip cookies and great coffee! Will definitely be back!
