DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Aurora

The shower was amazing!!! After a long drive it was so great to have a shower with great volume and water pressure. The checkin was pleasant and room was clean. The hotel is located near a wide variety of places to eat.

We stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed it. Leycha at the front desk is wonderful, Breakfast was always hot and fresh, Brenda was so friendly and greeted us every morning. The people at the hotel are so friendly. It made our stay very nice.

First of all I would like to say if I could have gave the service 10 Stars I would have but I only was able to get five five. But you guys have a wonderful employee there that went above and beyond and has a great listening ear and was able to accommodate my stay because I was there for my father's funeral , Leycha is a godsend. She helped me out so much. You just don't understand. I was stressed. I was frustrated. I was pissed off but her customer service and her presence being there that night just really helped me get through my dad passing away. So if y'all could give her kudos or an award or whatever it is give her some employee of the month. I nominate her because she is by far one of the sweetest employees that you guys have hired and you know you come into people's life for a reason and cross people's paths. And that night me and her were supposed to cross path cuz she was just very helpful to me and I'm very thankful for her. Leycha You have the best spirit and just keep what up with your beautiful smile and again I want to say thank you

I’m unable to watch my favorite show on the TV because my phone cannot connect to it. The TV does not support Chromecast or TV casting. Sad I have to continue see it on My phone

This hotel was perfect for us. We were in between houses and stayed for three weeks. The rooms were nice, we used the pool almost daily, and breakfast was delicious! The hotel staff was so friendly. Kristin, Leycha, Kevin, they were so great in such a stressful time for our family. I’m glad we stayed here and will definitely be back. My family always stays here when they visit also. Our favorite hotel!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! My kids and friends had such a great time and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The customer service representatives were patient and didn’t mind us working, talking, and the kids playing around in the common areas, which made us feel at home. Honestly, I don’t know many places that are this accommodating for families like ours. The swimming pool was clean and very enjoyable for the kids, and the overall environment was relaxing and well-kept. One of the highlights for us was the warm cookies they offered us—it was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch that made our stay even more special. Great hospitality, great service, and a very family-friendly place. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely come back again!

Enjoying my stay. Only complaint is the bathroom door being hard to shut due to the water on the floor from the shower.

Great staff, great restaurant with a genius of a chef! Rooms are cleaned very well and I could fall asleep from clean smell of the sheets alone. You'll have to pay for breakfast and the elevators are awkwardly super slow (who cares about the speed of elevators?) Overall a great place to stay and a large comfortable lobby area to work, chill, eat, drink, make calls from

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The new GM is a gem. She and her team provided amazing customer service. They were always pleasant, attentive, detailed oriented and went above and beyond to make sure our team was taken care of. We spent five days there and by the time we checked out I felt like we were all friends with the staff. I would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!
