New response to Red roof manager's response, John:
Thank you for your response to my initial review. What I don't understand is that instead of resolving the issues in my initial review, as you mentioned in your reply, I was told by Jaiden at the front desk that their manager, Roberto, said that we are being kicked out as of tommorow, which seems to be following what that rude housekeeper lady wanted. Jaiden couldn't tell me the reason, when asked. He told me to cancel my reservation that I had booked for tomorrow, May 11, 2026, for 1 week.
Does this indicate courtesy and professionalism, when responding to the issues of negative customers service experience that their guests brought up, by eliminating the guest, instead of fixing what's broken?
So, I just want to let the public know this is how little their management care to solve and resolve customer service significant problems.
Thank you for taking the time to read my response.
Initial review from April 2026:
Rooms and location ok. Front desk personnel ok. What's not ok is an (appeared to be) white housekeeper lady, the one who's thin in figure, always bug us, several times now, knocking hard on our door, with her loud and annoying tone, telling us she's front desk talks loud and in a rude and condescending manner towards us, the hotel guest, zero courtesy, always barking order, picking on us, solely based on another guest's "nosy (appeared to be white) lady"s report, telling on us that our car had not moved (from being parked in front of our room!). She, again, still in a loud tone, and a rude and condescending manner, "you can't....this...and that...!" We inquired the front desk personnel, why send someone so rude like that to the hotel guest, (who later mentioned that she was a housekeeper), instead of a real front desk personnel? There, she continued to be arguing and talking over us, who were trying to inquire further explanations on the "supposed extra rules" she was barking upon us, which we never been explained to previously. How would we supposed to know these extra rules, unless these have been announced to is their guests? Imagine being a hotel guest, trying to relax in your room and such a rude housekeeper came knocking you door real hard, and yelled at you, demanding abeyance to some rules, according to her, that "You can't park your car there all day long!!! (while pointing her finger to my car that's been parked in front of my hotel room)! You have to move your car!!!!
If the hotel have such rules, how come I have not heard them say it to us, or to bother hotel guests, when we observe them checking people in, or maybe it least post the rules at the front desk for any hotel guest to read and follow?
Do they expect hotel guests to read their mind?
And, what if the hotel guest not feeling well, or just want to relax all day, and doesn't move their vehicle for their reasons?
In the office, she further lied, and said falsely accused us of slamming the door, while we didn't, we just closed our door, after she barked orders upon us, and closed our car door, like anyone normally would.
On top of that, she further continued confrontation, yelling at us that she's gonna kick us out!
What a lack of courtesy displayed here! She acted like the "your highness" landlord toward the hotel guests, it the hotel where she works as a housekeeper.
Please get her straighten up, get her a ton of hospitality training session's if necessary. Please don't send her out to bark orders to hotel guests, and not to offer housekeeping services, until she learns some manner, be polite, and be kind and courteous, be at service to all the hotel guests, not just pick and choose by the skin color of the hotel guests, intimidating and threatening those who don't share similar skin color.
We are already being a patient guest, with all the housekeeping/ room imperfections issues. Do we need to also face such rude manner from the hotel housekeepers?
I hope management really follow up on this negative hospitality problem.
Thank you.
