My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in May. Primarily chose the hotel for its location as we needed to be nearby and also chose it as it had a good vibe. Our room was clean and nice. We had a frosted window so no view. The bed was comfortable and overall, it was enjoyable. Had a drink at one of the bars Friday night and it was practically empty at around 10:00 pm. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. I am not giving any stars to the location as I don't know anything about the location. I will say that the diner downstairs attached to the hotel is phenomenal and a must visit. I've rated it separately.

This is our 5th stay here, but unsure if we'll be back. Upon arrival (Saturday 5/0 @ 4pm), the clerk forgot our drink tickets, then seemed put off when we asked for them. Then we were kept up all night by what sounded like what can only be described as a rock bounding through pipes or a dryer (seemed to come from above us on 4th floor). In the very early morning, very loud stomping feet. Construction? Renovation? Room also very hot despite air set to Low. Shower pressure barely a trickle. We've stayed here before, but are unsure we'll be back.
