Spend the extra money for a better hotel i wish I would of..... first room was disgusting the toilet was soiled all around the outside of the bowl.... homeless constantly in and out of hotel and around parking lot.... in the morning they are out sitting in the hallway where there is an outlet with their belongings in the way.... morning front desk rather chat with her boyfriend then attend to these problems... the only elevator is not working....and the list will go on

Lady in the front desk be saying “don’t smoke, and if you do, it has to be 20ft away from the building” and then goes outside right in front of the parking lot (not even 20ft away) and smokes 😂

I am disabled on my reservation I stated this asked for a ada room THEY DO NOT ACCOMMODATE they were very rude took 30 min to check me in I about urinated on myself waiting so long. Then I also let them know about my service dog they made me come back up and we're accusing me of like trying to sneak a dog in I STATED THAT IF YOU WOULD HAVE JUST READ THE RESERVATION ITS STATED I was told oh we can't change the room its automatically given to you ... put me on the 2nd floor where u have to walk all the way around the hotel to enter there is only one way in no access to the stairs unless you walk the whole hotel The level of rudeness and lack of professionalism here is disturbing I am a Wyndham platinum member and to be treated so horribly with a disability is something I will be speaking to my attorney about .. By law a hotel should accommodate a person with disabilities Im sure had i peed on their floor or fell out due to my inability to climb stairs SHAME ON THIS PLACE 😔 GET IT TOGETHER
