I can't stretch enough the excellent customer service the staff at this property has. Even before the check in Valerie went out of her way calling me multiple times to make sure i was checking in because my card wasn't authorizing. I had locked my card and didn't remember. I would have lost the reservation had she not called me. Then again Valerie went out of her way to hwlp me find quarters because the laundry is coins only...of course it was late and thanks to her the sister property next door helped me out. Angelo was also a life saver and his vibrant energy just makes your day so much better. The lady at the breakfast area was so kind and helpful, the housekeepers, the mains gentleman, as well as the young man at the graveyard shift. I don't want to leave anyone out... It was truly a great experience that others Days Inn don't have. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay great. We will definitely come back to this propeery thanks to the AMAZING EMPLOYEES.

Great stay, clean accommodations, and quiet

Very nice place to stop and rest. The gold standard for days inn hotels

Hi. I stayed at this hotel from April 29-May2. I was here for a conference. The room I stayed facd the main street and was noisy as the window insulation wasn't great. The room cleaning service was okay. I noticed a few used tissues tucked into the tissue box in the bathroom. I brought some food items and thought of keeping in my fridge only to realize that my fridge was cooling effectively. I raised this issue with the reception and I had to keep it in the main fridge. The hotel did not sent me the receipt and I requested this through their WhatsApp group over the last few days twice and they haven't replied. I tried to call them and my message would be on hold for 15minutes by that time I got tired and hung up. The receipt is important as I was here on a business trip and I need it to be reimbursed. The experience is disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
