Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel

Stayed at the SASC as I was in town for a conference at the nearby Hyatt Tamaya. Clean, well air conditioned rooms, tons of dining options as well as two shops within the casino, and of course while I'm not much of a gambler thousands of square feet worth of slot machines. The gym is nothing to write home about but it gets the job done especially if you're just in town for three nights like I was. Service was exceptional, Brynn at Legend's as well as Tiffany and Alicia were lovely and gave great recommendations. Mesa Grille being open late was a lifesaver post-evening workouts.

Young inexperienced bartenders stopped serving me alcohol because he said I was over served. I had 1 drink so far that night. It’s doesn’t seem they want any young people there, it’s old and has a dirty atmosphere

Security harassed us and held us against our will in the parking lot because we had rolling papers in the car. Bike security then stood in front of our car and wouldn't let us leave and called the police to search our car illegally. Guess what.. they found nothing.
