What reviewers say

Visitors praise the venue for its great service, atmosphere, and excellent drink selection, often highlighting the enjoyable live music that's not too loud. However, some guests found the wine portions to be small and noted that certain advertised drink specials, like the Long Island Iced Tea, didn't quite match traditional expectations.

About this place Drink

Located on St Paul Street in downtown Burlington, Drink is a gay bar that prides itself on creating a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere where patrons can relax and enjoy themselves. The venue is known for its approachable bartending staff who genuinely engage with guests rather than simply processing orders—a refreshing touch that sets the tone for a more personable experience. As a gay bar in Burlington, this spot fits into the city's smaller but genuine LGBTQ+ social scene. Visitors can expect a friendly environment focused on good drinks and genuine hospitality. Whether you're a local looking for a regular spot or a traveler passing through Vermont, you'll find a place designed with queer patrons in mind, where you can be yourself and connect with others in the community. The venue's emphasis on bartender interaction and comfort makes it an ideal choice if you're looking for more than just a quick drink—though that's absolutely an option too. It's the kind of place where both seasoned bar-goers and those new to gay venues can feel welcome.

I appreciated that they had a few games to play as we had our drinks. Maybe it was that the glass was big but the wine portion seemed awfully small.

The place has really improved recently with great service and atmosphere, and is our solid go-to place when we want to go out for a drink. We seem to always hit the nights when they have live music, and I appreciate that it's not overly amplified so you can both enjoy the music and have a conversation with your friends. We also like the variety of seating - good for a quick drink after work, or couples, or small parties.
