Best hotel you will ever find in Vermont. Period! Stop scrolling;)
This property is definitively NOT a resort by any stretch of the imagination. My stay here easily ranks as one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and the entire property is in dire, desperate need of a complete remodel. Here is exactly why you should avoid this place: Zero Soundproofing: The walls are paper-thin. I could hear word-for-word conversations from the guests in the rooms next door. To make matters worse, I had drunk neighbors being loud and completely obnoxious all night long, making sleep impossible. Severe Hygiene Concerns & Outdated Rooms: Everything in the room was incredibly outdated. I was genuinely worried that the place would have bed bugs because the mattress had zero encasement, and my anxiety only peaked when I spotted blood stains on the sheets. Subpar Food: The breakfast offered was incredibly disappointing and subpar in quality. Hidden Fees: Watch your bank statement. They hide a sneaky $20 "resort" fee from guests, which they do not mention upfront but will absolutely charge you for later on. I would NEVER stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only single positive thing I can say about the entire ordeal is that the front desk staff was friendly during both check-in and check-out. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Very nice place. Understandable that the breakfast offered was limited considering how quiet this time of year is.
I heard good things about snowflake and was looking forward to our visit. We had to ask three times to finally get fresh towels and the garbage emptied. They left us know floor towel for the bathtub and there was no soap. I had to stop by the desk to get soap. The bathtub drained so slowly that your ankle deep in water by the end of the shower. I thought this was going to be a nice hotel and instead it was a motel room that smelled musty and had a very old mattress. I will say this. The mountain road is a great location.
Advertise buy 2 nights get 1 for a penny on website if sign up. The link doesn't give that offer. The hotel staff say they have no idea about it and the hotel manager doesn't answer or call back.
Don't waste your time or money....rundown...restaurants closed...indoor pool closed....
