About this place AIDS Action Committee

AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts was founded in 1983 and became the state's largest community HIV/AIDS organisation, focusing on prevention, testing and support for people living with HIV. In 2013 it merged with Fenway Health, Boston's LGBTQ+ health centre, and its work continues under the AIDS Action name within Fenway. The Amory Street address in Jamaica Plain is an older office and may no longer offer services. For testing, PrEP or support, go through Fenway Health's website or call before visiting.

I didn't do the AIDS Walk. But I did go to AIDS action committee and I had a very pleasant conversation with the people that I talked to at the agency. I always support the AIDS Walk it helps those who suffer from HIV and or aids and it helps those in the community to understand about HIV and or aids. It gives support to friends family and anybody who just wants to know and learn about HIV/AIDS. I encourage others if you've never done it go do the walk I did it for 10 years.
