I visited SouLight Spa and Wellness seeking relief from 60 years of this and that. Old injuries, sore feet, aches, pains... I felt that there must be answers if I could only find them. SouLight is a beautiful facility offering many health options. I started with a 90' bodywork session with Lauren. Lauren knew her stuff. She was thorough and able to sense my needs (very empathic). I felt great after our session and look forward to future treatments as well as doing "homework" as directed. Thanks!

After getting a massage from Lauren, I feel like a new person. She is amazing at working out back and neck issues all while she radiates kindness and compassion. I can't rate her and her business highly enough. Lauren, thank you for making my body and life feel so much better!

My therapeutic massage with Lauren was 10/10. She is truly an intuitive healer, able to tap into what I needed and provide it. Her hands on skills are top notch and her intuition & emotional attunement is a cherry on top. Such a well rounded healing session in only an hour.

I have had two sessions with the healers at Soulight, my body has been beaten and broken more than most, and the treatments and meaningful, specialized and impactful. Certainly reccomend. 8/5 stars

Not your average massage. Lauren listens, pays attention, and knows how to get your body back on track. Her work on muscle imbalances and scar tissue has made a huge difference for me!

Had the pleasure of coming here while on a visit home. While I was only there for the infrared sauna, they offer a ton of different services. Very clean and awesome staff. Highly recommend going and will be back next time I’m in town.

The best spa services in Carson City. Massage rooms are clean and welcoming, infrared sauna is perfect for recovery. Will definitely be back.
