It all started with a sleepless night, because 10 young people checked into the next room, who were shouting under the windows and inside the room, smoking and having fun all night. The administration simply said that they could not do anything. We asked to cancel for the next two nights, checked out the next morning before 11:00. As a result, they charged different amounts from my card, I called them every day for a month, they were rude, hung up, but the money was never returned. In the end, I had to call the operator of the hotel chain and only then did they return my money. If you want to be left without money and without nerves, this is the place for you.

The worst smell I’ve ever smelled in a building in my whole life! Dirty room per pictures attached, dirty bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The WiFi is down for the entire stay

Paid for over $160 on a Disgusting, smelly, and unsanitize hotel. Beds have stains, pillow case was not changed, and rooms smells like mildew and cigarette.

This is a great little motel💯 pool great location for food and touring the town, close to everything😎 great price some snacks laundry and ice🔥🔥 early check in if needed. Older rooms that have a comfortable appeal 🥰

Awful experience...they don't let you know alot of stuff up front! Bed was like sleeping on cement...getting someone to clean your room was like pulling teeth.....we changed hotel the next day

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with the disgusting smell of cigarettes. It was clear that the place hadn't seen a deep cleaning in years. Every inch of the hotel was covered in old, stained carpets, and the smell just hung everywhere. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay a $100 damage deposit, which is absolutely outrageous considering the condition of the place. I feel like I should have been compensated for the terrible experience, not penalized. This hotel is a joke, and I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. booked a smoke free room and the second we opened the door were hit in the face with the smell of cigarettes. pillows had no cases and stains , random stains on the door and on the walls . it felt just dirty in the room . there was also no deadbolt. We decided it wasn’t safe to stay there so we left and were told that the worker on call couldn’t help us due to being so late and to call back in the morning. when we called back the worker was not only not helpful but rude . she told us multiple times that she couldn’t help us because she had no access and refused to call the owners. she then proceeded to hang up on us. we called the booking company we used and where able to get a full refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
