Stopped in for a quick cheese drawer restock and bottle of wine. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to help me find multiple options for everything I was looking for. The Garrotxa is a must try for goat cheese lovers!

We stopped in at about 8pm on a Saturday. The restaurant portion was hopping, with many people dining and chatting, but the cheese counter was our destination. We had great help from Emily as we made selections. Beautiful Rind has a fine variety that included several domestic and import cheeses I hadn’t seen before. I would’ve loved to have gotten some of the soft rind cheeses available, but alas, I was traveling the next day and needed more durable cheeses! I bought four small wedges plus a goat caramel from the counter. I would be glad to return here on another trip to Chicago!

My husband and I order online alot but I've been to a class and there for a meal. Friendly staff, great selection, very knowledgeable!

Me and my partner came here with plans to get a cheese plate and some drinks as a little snack/treat before making a nice dinner at home. The portions were so generous that we left without room to even think about dessert! Wonderful service, everything was delicious, definitely going to become a regular visit for us! And THAT PIMENTO CHEESE!

Lovely atmosphere! Kind and knowledgeable staff! Great options in the shop to take home (note that my per person cost included us buying things from the shop as well as dinner, dessert, and wine).

We learned about Beautiful Rind from a local news feature and we’re so glad we did! We stopped by and were impressed by the goat cheese with a caramel, soy sauce, rosemary dip that the server proactively made to go with our coffee. We signed up on the spot for a cheese and chocolate pairing class! Randall was amazing and we both learned so much and definitely enjoyed the cheese and chocolate pairings. They even had options for low/non-alcoholic pairings which is not common and worked out well for us. We highly recommend this event and look forward to joining other events in the future.

Creative and amazing cheese pairings! We ordered "All the cheese & charcuterie" so we could try everything and it was the best decision. They pair each selection with a side (preserves, butters, sauces, pickles, etc) and each combination was perfect. Really great across the board!
