They serve a Moët et Chandon from a pretty cabinet They let us eat cake, just like Marie Antoinette Unfortunately, they keep dynamite and gunpowder here and there was gelatine in the food. They followed my order with the accuracy of a laser beam otherwise, very fastidious and precise. You should come anytime you can, you definitely wanna try this restaurant.

I went out for one night for santa con here and I was dancing here tonight with my friends, my guy friend picked me up while we were dancing and we were laughing and we were tipping very well, having a blast. a random bouncer came up to me and said “ you have warning” ever since i will never come back here. i’ve been coming here for a long time over the years and they need to get new people. I work 24/7 and i come here and enjoy my time with my friends when i have the time. just know if you come here they will be extremely rude to you for no reason and attempt to kick you out. spend your money on somewhere else better than this place. I’ve never had a problem anywhere else and genuinely did nothing. the bouncer who said this warned my friend that i have “ a warning” as we were coming out of the women’s bathroom and everyone was confused inside of the bar when he said this to her in front of everyone out of complete nowhere. Very unprofessional.I have been to a lot of bars and if i could give this place beyond a 0 star than I would. This bouncer was also flirting with a girl as we were giving our ID’s to get in and told me he made her uncomfortable. I have always recommended this bar to people to enjoy and now I will forever tell people this bar is not the place to go. good job killer queen. btw I am a girl!!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I was out with a group of friends just trying to have a good night when a security guard came up to me asking about one of my friends who was apparently being kicked out. It was loud in the bar and I genuinely couldn’t hear him, so I tried to move closer to understand what he was saying. Somehow that turned into him accusing me of “grabbing his face,” which absolutely did not happen the way he described. He got angry and stormed off before I could even explain anything. I followed him because I was confused and honestly just wanted to understand what was going on and apologize if there had been any misunderstanding involving my friend. Instead of having a simple conversation, he seemed irritated that I even tried to talk to him. Then a woman who I assume was the manager came over and immediately started raising her voice at me, telling me I had to leave and that I was being kicked out, without explaining why. At that point I was already outside near the exit, but they still called additional security over. They ended up physically dragging me away from the front of the bar, which felt completely unnecessary. I even told them I have a bad knee and asked them to be careful, but it didn’t seem to matter. The whole situation could have been handled calmly with a simple conversation, but instead it escalated for no reason. Overall, the staff came across as extremely rude and aggressive. I understand that security has a job to do, but the lack of communication and the use of force when I was already leaving was really upsetting. Definitely not the kind of place I’d want to return to.

Walked in with my friend after a concert a few months ago - it was raining and we were the only two in the bar. The bartenders had terrible attitudes… made us feel super unwelcome and like they didn’t want to take the time to serve us. Just wanted to get paid to sit behind the bar and talk/not help anyone. We left before we even ordered. I’d expect a bar in Cincinnati be more welcoming to newcomers.. guess not. We were excited because it was the first bar we’d been to in the city! Sad that happened

Update: Still great! Their music is good, especially when they have a DJ. You can also watch sports on multiple TVs. New bar with great food at the Banks. I've already enjoyed it a few times and have many more beers and pizzas ahead of me there. Service is excellent and fast.
