Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront
Some visitors found the staff pleasant and appreciated the location for accessing local attractions, with one guest specifically praising Corey at the front desk. However, a significant number of reviews mention rooms being dirty, run down, and in need of maintenance, with issues like stained carpets, broken fixtures, and even pests. There are also complaints about rude staff and poor communication regarding reservations and events.

Horrible room, no sign of regular maintenance, carpets were incredibly dirty, bathroom was run down. Using the bathroom while others were sleeping was bad because everything made loud squeaky noises that could have been avoided with proper maintenance. Location by the interstate makes it even worse. It was about 15 mins by car from aquarium and zoo, though, so that’s a positive. I felt deceived by the beautiful pictures of the views and the grade it received on Booking.com. Overall, would never stay here again and do not recommend.
This hotel is nothing like the online pics. Im sure at some point this was a very nice place but not anymore. Look at my pics, (the real pics). It is run down. Floor in room is absolutely filthy, black feet from walking barefoot after taking shower. Mattress is stained. Bed skirt stained. The small restaurant coffee is absolutely disgusting and not drinkable even after we asked for a fresh pot still couldn't drink it. Bitter thick mud flavor. There is a lot of scratches and dents on furniture and walls. One of the elevators doesn't work properly. All the plumbing fixtures in the shower/tub are loose and not sealed with caulk. Mildew in the grout. No ventilation fan, (why?). The bathroom area is ridiculously small. In general this entire place needs a deep clean everywhere from top to bottom. The restaurant on 18th floor was fun but the menu books are torn and ragged. The vinyl fabric on chairs was dirty and stained and torn and worn down. The food was decent but the menu is very limited and the kitchen didn't have a couple items that were on the menu. In general everything was kinda run down. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. I would rate it 2 stars. The price is way too high for this place. Not worth what they ask. I would not book reservations here again.
Very poorly kept up. Would not stay here again. Woke up to a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff are very rude and hate there jobs
Stay at the Marriott across the street. Dirty rooms, small pool, rude employees, hot elevators and common areas. Worst hotel experience i have experienced
Got a good price on this hotel and there's a lot of fun stuff to do in Covington some with in walking distance. We had a power failure so we had to walk down nine flights of stairs. No breakfast. No generator. Check-in people were abrupt and rude
