The overall experience was pleasant, especially because of the service, which was very attentive and friendly. The wait time was also relatively short. However, we found the food over-seasoned, and in general, all the dishes we ordered were quite salty. As an appetizer, we ordered the Wagyu carpaccio, but they added yellow cheese on top, which ended up overpowering the delicate flavor of the meat. The service was excellent, but we felt the food could be significantly improved by reducing the amount of salt and seasoning and allowing the main ingredients to shine.

Jacob was our server and he was fantastic!! He helped me ask my friend to be maid of honor in my wedding, which was incredibly special! He was very attentive and personable, and the recommendations he gave us were amazing. Each dish was phenomenal, the lobster and corn arancini feature was our favorite. Will definitely be back!

This place was an absolute experience. Service was astounding, to the point I was reminiscent of the show The Bear. We ordered multiple starters to share and every single one was fresh, vibrant and delicious. For the main I had the halibut which I very much enjoyed. Not sure when I’ll be back in town but if I am, I’ll be sure to go out of my way to visit here again.

We had such a great experience here! My husband and I ordered the ritzy caviar, king salmon and burger. Everything was delicious! Drinks were great too and service was even better. We will definitely be back!

Salazar was certainly an experience. Cocktails , food , service, atmosphere, all of it. Chef Salazar being present and visible at the kitchen added to the evening. The schnitzel was to die for, grab a cocktail, and enjoy the experience. Definitely a recommendation, definitely a revisit!

2026 update. Disappointed. First time at the new location. Ate there on 8/3/26. We were served the wrong appetizer. They later brought us the correct appetizer, which was delicious...but I feel that this mix up resulted in the timing of the meal being screwed up. The NY Strip I ordered was not warm at all when I received it. Also, the meat was bland and flavorless. I could hardly even eat the steak...left most of it on the plate. At least they took my meal off of the bill.
