The food is not bad, but there is one bartender with glasses and neck tattoos who was extremely rude. I came later than most of my friends, and one of them brought me food from the place they were at before Twist. No one else was eating, but I was starving so I opened what she brought for me and started eating. Maybe 2 minutes later, this bartender comes by and says I'll get him in trouble, with an attitude. I immediately put it away and apologized, then asked for A MENU. To buy food. Which we did. After our food comes, one of the group members tries to get his attention while he was doing something on the point of sale/register screen. There was a bag blocking her view so she couldn't see he was busy, and he snapped at her for trying to get his attention, saying you shouldn't do that to a bartender. When I asked if he was okay, he made a point of saying he hasn't seen us there before, and that we could leave if we couldn't "act right," and seemed genuinely pissed off. Nostrils flared and everything. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but there's no excuse for treating people like that, let alone paying customers.

LGBTQAI friendly but definitely racist. This bar tender with big stud earrings and brunette/black hair and glasses was the rudest ever. We have come here so often and he/they just told me to leave because he/they have not seen me and my group enough number of times. This one person is making the whole place bad. We spent $30 per person, 8 people in total, but the racism is not worth the LGBTQAI acceptance. This one person is disrespectful and downright rude.

They need a new DJ ASAP.

Great vibes, drinks, and space! The workers were very kind to make sure all the girls got to their rides safe, and chased away the creeps. Definitely will go again

The new female manager is super rude and creates a really tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Super disappointing. If you’re gonna work at a bar, have some tolerance and respect for your customers.
