We stayed at this hotel from June 27–30, 2026, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, both during our stay and after we checked out. When we made our reservation, we specified that we would have six guests, which meant we would need the pull-out sofa bed. After arriving in our room, we discovered there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. We also noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the queen bed comforters. We contacted the front desk, and after about 20 minutes someone brought up the bedding and replacement items. The biggest issue came after we returned home to Texas. We had used valet parking for three nights, but when I reviewed our bill, I noticed we had been charged for six nights instead of three. I called the hotel and was told that a refund would be issued. A few days later, instead of receiving a refund, I discovered that my credit card had been charged an additional $1,500! I immediately contacted the hotel to find out why. No one could explain the charge and I was told it was a “computer glitch.” After multiple phone calls and a great deal of frustration, I finally received refunds for both the erroneous $1,500 charge and the extra valet charges about a week later. What makes this even more concerning is that during our visit to Cleveland, we met some of our friend’s staying at the same hotel. They checked out on the same day we did, stayed the same three nights, and were also charged for six valet nights instead of three. Because this happened to two separate guests at the same time, I strongly encourage anyone who stays here to carefully review their final bill and credit card statements. If it happened to both of us, it makes me wonder how many other guests may have been overcharged without realizing it.

Room was clean and the air worked well. Breakfast was good and everything was walking distance. Great experience!! I will stay again when coming to Cleveland again.

While the physical property is acceptable, some of the staff's etiquette was not acceptable. Our initial interaction with the late-morning staff was pleasant and professional. However, the evening front desk clerk was distracted by her cell phone, requiring guests to initiate contact with her to receive assistance. Later, the same clerk declined a request for extra bedding due to allegedly being “the only employee in the hotel working tonight.” Her insistence that there was a staffing shortage seemed odd as a man who appeared to be another employee was sitting behind the counter with her, engaged in conversation. Lastly, navigating to our room was difficult due to housekeeping equipment obstructing the corridor. The housekeeper present offered no greeting or apology for the obstruction. Management needs to address these service deficiencies.

I am a Hilton Gold member for over 20 years and owner of other Hilton products. This has been the least favorite locations. I had booked two nights checked in online called to inform them that we would not arrive until early morning. I even texted the Bot back with the same information.when we arrived we were not greeted, told we could not check in that early, was rudley cut off multiple times as to why I can I had to pay first and they don't have space. After my third attempt to tell them they finally listened to see I indeed have a room or two nights and we were able to check in. The facilities were dirty. I brought to the kitchen attention the food warmer was not workng. they still allowed people to get food. Kitchen serving area filled of flies, nearly all the chairs in the dining room was stained. In the room the floor was dirty with nails in the carpet. items taped to the wall from a previous party. Floors in hall was not vacuumed the two days we were there trash on the floor. @Lisa Waldron @Brian Colliton and @John Koshivos of Hilton may want to do a quality check of this franchise.

About a 15 min walk to lots of things, a Dunkin on the next block, clean rooms. Valet has a little pull off and if it’s full (it was frequently) you can make a second layer. It was pretty well handled and efficient. Three elevators and they were pretty fast. Hot breakfast 6-10.
