A perfect stay! Superior service, rapid room service and delightful staff. Within walking distance of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, museums and the lakefront.
This is a really nice hotel in downtown Cleveland. It is close to everything and only a few blocks away from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum and Lake Erie. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and have helpful, responsive staff. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) The parking fees. I have never been to a hotel where parking was not discounted or free for guests. For a two day stay, we had to pay over $100 to park. 2) I know the whole sliding door trend for bathrooms is all the rage right now, but I hate that. I would much prefer a door that closes with a lock on it. Even more bizarre is the choice to put a window on the bathroom door. Yes, it has crinkly privacy glass, but you can still see shadows on either side of the window if someone is standing there. Just seems like a weird place to put a window and it would be super awkward for people not in a relationship staying in a room together for work or whatnot. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only thing I truly was not happy about is having to pay so much for parking. Guests should have some sort of discounted rate.
The Westin is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in Cleveland, and every visit is an exceptional experience. The level of service is consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Michael, the Front Office Manager, who always goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is perfect. From complimentary room upgrades to assisting with even the smallest requests, his attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction never go unnoticed. The hospitality and professionalism of the entire team keep me coming back time and time again. This is truly my home away from home in Cleveland, and I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and valued!
Michael Mandac was absolutely fantastic to deal with! The process was very smooth and I’m very happy I made the decision to come here.
Amazing place for amazing price if you look for the deals, at least this was my experience, ill be back for sure!!!
Horrible experience! Stayed there for 2 weeks for work. Rooms were unsafe, they had to post a guard at elevator because so many issues. Gym was a downgrade from previous year. Rooms very mediocre, cold water some days and bad air quality. Definitely won’t be staying there again!
