Great location, reasonably nice rooms, our room had half dozen steps to climb once we opened the door to the room. Kinda odd. Easy walk to Progressive Field.

This hotel is nothing like the description on the IHG website. The bottom of the tub/shower in the bathroom was so worn it looked dirty. It might have been because it was impossible to tell. The large chipped ring by the drain was a hazard. We were in a one room suite and you had to climb stairs to get from the 3rd floor elevator to the room on the third floor. The luggage cart couldn't make it to the room so you have to haul bags. Not the best for seniors or the disabled. This is definitely not what I expected from an IHG hotel. This property is one star at best.

I have stayed here before had no issues but when I stayed here this time was not so good we were all woken up around 230 am due to fire alarm going off and when we called down to the front desk to see what was going on we were told by the front desk they had no clue and we asked if we needed to evacuate and she told us I'm not sure then 5 minutes later we were told we had to due to fire department order seems like the help should no the protocol on this and it ended up being a false alarm we were never given an explanation or even a simple sorry for our inconvenience you would have thought someone would have said or did something even a simple hey check out an hour later so you can get the proper sleep or even hey breakfast is on us nope nothing kind of disappointed in that part of our stay

The location is fantastic if you are going to a game, the staff is friendly and the on site restaurant is great. The biggest issue we had was with our bathroom. As you can see in the pictures, the water from the shower runs out the front and back as there is nothing holding the water in. The water then completely soaks the tile floor, and then runs out the door onto the floor in the room. You can even see where this has been a long time issue as the bottom of the bathroom door is damaged. Adding to this is the fact the curtain doesn’t even go all the way to the floor. The wet tiles are extremely slick as one can imagine, and the slip and fall risk is high. We called for extra towels to mop up the water, but for over $300 a night a decent shower setup that doesn’t end in you having to dry a floor seems like a given. Also the water pressure is awful. The handheld head is great, but the regular shower barely works, making it next to impossible to use as it won’t even rinse shampoo out effectively.
