Excellent service, Mohamed from Front Desk was great!

I've stayed at this location more than 100 times, both before and after recent renovations. On this day, I had the dampest room I have ever stayed in in my life. All my clothing was damp the next morning the room was incredibly humid and it did have a slight mildew odor when I walked in the door.

We stayed overnight at this hotel on our way to a cruise. Front desk staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. The area was close to shopping and restaurants. If I’m ever in that area again I will definitely stay here.

I travel for work, so I've stayed at many hotels. This has by far been my worst stay. Muhammad at the front desk is horrible. The AC in the room is garbage. Zero room service, and the café has limited options and hours. I would highly recommend not staying here. Extremely displeased.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were big and clean. Very nice bathrooms rooms. Nice pool area and breakfast options. Free parking. I would stay here again.

I am very disappointed with the way this location and its staff has been handling myself and my team the past week and a half. I have been renting the event room at this hotel for the past 7 years and have had 5 events here as well as booked multiple rooms to stay. The location has been very convenient for what we do. This past week I have called and spoke to multiple people to no avail, after finding out that the original point of contact was no longer employed there (this is the 3rd time). I have been promised call backs from Maria G., Asia, and one other. With no follow-ups. I’ve been giving multiple emails to reach out to and they all have bounced back or just haven’t responded, including one for Shannon V. who they one day told me was the sales coordinator and then the next told me they didn’t have a sales coordinator. Before this, I have dealt closely with the sales/event coordinators at this location and unfortunately they have been through many. The turnaround here is ridiculous. The staff is rude and passive aggressive. And even besides that the integrity of the location is poor! The rooms had mold, the event room had a leak, the carpets were wet and smelled like mold, the phones in the rooms didn’t work— we only found this out after trying to call because the rooms had no clean linen or towels. The pool area is unkept. Just all around a bad experience and I am finally fed up. I basically have been begging them to take my money. No one will have a conversation with me so that I can book the space again. I’ve never had any issues verbally with these people because I know how working in customer service can be. Still no call backs. I’ve been extremely understanding and accommodating. But this is just too much and I won’t be back, unfortunately. I was really hoping to continue to use this space but I’m just not comfortable with the current personnel. Unprofessional.

Everything is clean and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We especially want to highlight Mr. Mohammed at front desk who went above and beyond to take care of our needs . He thanked me for being a gold Marriott member and gave us a room with a perfect quiet and sunset view.The room is large, the beds and sheets , towels look brand new, the service is exceptional . While not far from the highway the hotel is tucked away with a forest of trees in the back and very quiet.

Booked accommodation for my wedding and my room did not pass. See photo. Ac was also broken so the whole room was 63 deg. Had to really beg to move me to another room but there was none until I told her that its my wedding the next day. My whole family came down here just to be greeted with hockey college dudes who went galavanting the halls till 3am! Disturbed the whole floors amd mgmt didnt do much. We all lost sleep bec of all the yelling and screaming and door banging.
