Do not recommend! Complete dump!! Photos are not at all what this place looks like. False advertisement! Also be aware there is an additional $25 deposit added that they don't tell you until you go to check in. Manager was nice but the front desk agent was awful walked away from me several times while trying to explain why she was charging me $125 for a $76 room listed from their site. Cabinets in the kitchen doors missing and hanging off. Also the room was infested with cockroaches. Even found them under the bed. It was so disgusting I did not even feel comfortable letting my child run around the room. Non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Customers service did not care about any of my concerns. They will not refund. Pictures included for proof.
Based on my experience at this motel, I feel outraged that I stayed at this place. It is not worth a single dollar. The manager and assistant manager do not understand what good customer service is. You can only imagine the rest of the employees when they do not even have a good example from management themselves. They do not know what respect toward other people means. They interrupt customers when asked questions or when complaints are made about cleanliness or extra items for the room. They either never bring the items requested or simply make excuses. I originally planned to stay for 4 days, but I only stayed one night because of the terrible service I received. I strongly advise people not to waste their money at a place like this.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The assistant manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She only responded to customers when it was convenient for her. She repeatedly tried to charge my card without my permission and clearly did not understand what good customer service means. This was the worst experience staying here. Because of people like her, many places lose credibility and customers. The location is far from everything, and the rooms were in poor condition. Whenever we asked for something for the room, they either never had it or brought it very late. Some rooms were close to the dumpsters, which looked very unpleasant because there were many flies and bees around, and we constantly had to avoid them getting into the room. Honestly, based on my experience, I do not recommend staying at a place like this. to be coral spring it should be a decent place to stay I totally not recommend it save your money and your peace of mind
I want to say from the moment i checked in it was great customer service and the assistant manager was so nice and helpful with the check in process. Now let’s talk about Ms. June she is so amazing and very knowledgeable and very professional and compassionate. We been here for over a week and let’s say i went in on Tuesday evening with a problem with my room and when I say Wednesday the maintenance guy and took care of all the concerns I had and I didn’t even have to call the front desk to see if it was done. She is a woman of her word and she deserves a raise because there’s people that do their job and there’s people like June that goes over and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. She is truly a wonderful asset to the company. She made my stay that more pleasant and positive and amazing. She truly cares.
The front desk lady at the front office is extremely disrespectful and rude to everyone. She's an African American with glasses and works the night shift. She doesn't even let you get a word out and caught her being rude to multiple guests and being smart, raising her tone and being unprofessional. She walked away from one customer while they were talking. She needs to be reprimanded for her actions because that's not how you treat a customer. Very rude service, very rude staff, except the head manager in charge and front desk.
This is my second time here and again Jamara the assistant manager was amazing she does all she can and is so pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious. The area is great tons of restaurants and shopping on the same street. And we always feel safe. The area is very nice.
