Outstanding experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Wausau. This is easily one of the best hotel conference centers in Wisconsin. The facility is modern, clean, well-maintained, and professionally run, making it an excellent venue for meetings, conferences, and events. What really sets this property apart is the staff. Tim, Bree, Linda, Jasmine, Sheann and Sara (apologies if I misspelled any names!) were all absolutely fantastic! ✨ Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest service did not go unnoticed. The entire team helped create a welcoming atmosphere and made our event run smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel and conference center in the Wausau area, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Wausau. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wausau, Wisconsin, and had a wonderful experience. One of the first things we appreciated was the view from our room. We overlooked Rib Mountain and Highway 51, which I personally enjoyed much more than looking out over a parking lot. It made the stay feel a little more special. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. The front desk manager welcomed us warmly and made the process seamless. What really stood out, however, happened after we checked out. A hotel staff member called to let me know that I had accidentally left behind my favorite Samsung charger and my wife's hair towel. I don't remember the name of the person who initially called, but when I followed up with the hotel, I spoke with Fox at the front desk. Fox and the team went above and beyond to help us recover our belongings and arrange for them to be mailed back. Their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Losing personal items while traveling can be frustrating, but the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Wausau went above and beyond to make things right. Their quick response and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into a memorable example of outstanding customer service. I've stayed at Hilton properties all across the United States, and this was the first time a hotel proactively reached out to let me know I had left something behind. That level of service left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to Fox and the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. We truly appreciated it and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights and WOW. We were blown away! The rooms are beautiful! Brenda did an amazing job cleaning our room before our stay and left us a little note which was so thoughtful! The beds were so comfortable we had a hard time waking up because we were enjoying our sleep so much! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are some things I would’ve wanted (just personal preference) like I would prefer streaming services over cable tv, and a continental breakfast is obviously always nice (and that’s not included here). But these were things we knew when we booked. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable! We will definitely be back the next time we drive through the area.
