We loved everything about SpringHill!!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable! The lady in the breakfast area was sooo kind to us & we appreciated all of the dairy free options, wish there was dairy free, Silk yogurt too!😁 Loved the Egg White Frittata, Turkey sausage, fruit, & oatmeal sooo delicious & healthy!!! Loved that there was oat milk too! We are definitely coming back to stay again!!! Our favorite stay! Thank you for everything!!!❤️🌸🌺

I think the only reason I have to leave 4 star is because the pool is incredibly tiny. It's a salt water pool, which is neat. But no hot tub and the kids were hoping for a larger pool. So if you've read his far, great rooms beds comfy and great service. Just want people to know the pool is small if you have kids.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to downtown, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores, with easy access to the highways or I94 if you’re traveling outside of the city for the day. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds, perfect couch for lounging, a desk to use as a work space. The bathroom was well laid out, but I found that it lacked storage space for personal toiletries and really no where to hang used towels (the “knob” on the outside of the shower wall wouldn’t hold even one). I also found the water pressure in the shower to be incredibly minimal. During our stay we had repeated issues with our lock, becoming locked out of the room multiple times. It initially happened the morning after our first night. The keycards worked that day without issue, but the lock malfunctioned again that night. We were told maintenance would come the morning of our third day. Everything worked fine after that until our fifth day/last night of our stay, and when we raised the issue to staff we were spoken to condescendingly about having not opted to move rooms sooner, when we’d been led to believe it had been repaired. We were then told maintenance would come again that day, right at 4, and after waiting over a hour they never showed up. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to return to the desk multiple times. To be mislead about an issue being repaired by maintenance and then to be spoken to like we were wrong for not changing rooms earlier in our stay did not make us feel welcome or cared for. Hopefully they were able to get it resolved for any future guests who stay in the same room! My only other complaint is that the breakfast was limited for someone who doesn’t eat eggs. Instead of serving a meat, potato, and an egg as most hotels with a similar style breakfast do, they had a meat and two different egg options. This may have just been a one off, as I only attempted to eat breakfast once during our stay.
