We expected so much more, and left utterly disappointed. Our room was horrible for the price and minimal inclusions. We think this property is in dire need of upkeep/repair and it has the potential to be something much better. Both the parking garage elevators and hotel elevators did not have inspection dates listed and the smells were horrible throughout the property (elevators, lobby, and horrendously strong coverup smell in the hotel room hallways). When you enter the room it continues downhill. The walls are paper thin and to make matters worse the blinds are so loud to open/close and the bench squeaks when you sit on it. The other issues: -No microwave -Mini fridge is annoying to use (must open two doors in opposite directions to access) -No pen to fill out the laundry form -Bathroom cleanliness (shower mold in multiple places - what appeared to be black mold in the grout and mildew in other hard to reach corners) - also left over hair from previous guests on shower floor -Shower glass door leaks water -Must fully enter shower to turn it on -Sink had mold growing in the excess water holes -TV remote through their app kept dropping connection Positives: -Everyone in the housekeeping crew was super friendly -Extra large fitness room with 24/7 access -Connecting restaurants and room service -Downtown location Also, I understand some of these issues are minor on their own, but when there are so many small things, it truly does add up into an unpleasant stay.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, great cookies. Kind of a wierd entrance...from the parking ramp. Would have been nice if there was a breakfast option. Told we could purchase a breakfast, but it appeared to be just snacks. Our stay was very pleasant other than that.

Looks okay, but I went for a gold, silver and collectibles event which turned out to be 2 guys at tables in the basement, making below market offers, likely so they could resell at hefty markups to real dealers and collectors at precious metals exchanges and Comicon-type events. A woman walked out telling the two of us waiting for our turns at the tables that she was offered 10% less than a particular exchange (with their own profit margin). I bailed before one of the hungry wolves came out to greet me and bring me into his lair.
