Reliance Inn

No issues here at all I've been here since October 7th last year . I came here because the place I was at had a fire and I had no place to go at all .the rent around this town of Wausau is just too high .I'm still looking and applying for a place but the rent is too high . Thanks to the manager HP for understanding where I'm at . Also the staff here are all great people I'm treated like a human being .tim.lesley Jessica and rene .Jason. . dreamer . Even though I have issues with .my room I'm sure you understand hp thanks for putting up with me

Unclean. Counters still had full crumbs and stains on them from previous client stays of some sort of food or bodily fluids on the walls and cover. Towels old and stained, not even white anymore. The room was gross, looked like they just came in there and did the bare minimum and put the next customer in the room. Shower curtains moldy. I attempted to wipe down and sanitize the room myself, but after seeing that mold at the bottom of the shower curtain, I just felt it was best if I didn’t even stay in the room, so I slept in my car. I did reluctantly shower there and left the shower curtain open because I didn’t wanna have any contact with the moldy shower curtain. Overall, it was horrible. There was no care in that place at all. The pillows are beyond flat horrible. It could be a decent place if they actually took the time to clean and make sure the rooms are sanitized for the next customer coming in, but you could tell it’s just rushed and a money grab. Don’t even get me started on the odors in the hallways. So needless to say, no, I will not be staying there again

Had a queen suite with Jacuzzi and it was amazing

A decent place overall but the element that stays there regularly is at times questions me But have never had an issue If your into being filmed it's definitely then.llave for you to go

The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the motel for the cost and location.

The reception I received checking in was very welcoming. I checked out the room and didn't see any issues. Only took me a few minutes. I was very thirsty and decided to get a cold drink from the vending machine. I noticed they have an ice maker. On my way b

I just stayed for the 4th time. It's an older property, but cozy and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff in a convenient location. Great value. I stay when I'm passing through after a trip to see my kids or meeting family.

Great room, very clean! No frills, so ladies bring your hair dryer.

It's not to bad, as long as you can get a room away from the back exits & don't have to go outside at night, cuz them pharmacies open when the sun goes down!
