Exceptional beyond Service Very Happy HIGHLY Recommended

Our room reservation was cancelled on the day of our arrival, just hours before we were due to be there, only for us to have to pay 25% more for the same room upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and did everything they could to find us at least a room; it's not their fault, but it's a terrible experience to have to worry about not getting your room when you booked it well in advance, especially when the price was a factor in your decision.

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. When I got there, no one was at the desk. 30 minutes latter, someone finally came to check me in. They only had one room and they didn't sound thrilled to get me a refund, so I don't know if I'll get one or not. I am not happy.

The beds here are always top notch. Most of the time I enjoy staying here, but apparently BTS is performing this weekend so staying here is out of the question. Talk about scalping! Room cleanliness is hit or miss, generally the bed and bathrooms are superb in cleanliness. There was glitter and dried out rose petals on the floor at the edge of the bed which doesn't bother me.

I stayed at a 200 room and I missed the El paso mountain view and after a few years of not seeing my hometown it was amazing to see out the window , I wonder how El paso would look like In the 300 rooms and maybe I can request a room next time to see But overall amazing place to stay

The customer service and hospitality were great—staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms! We had to switch rooms because the first room had multiple issues—the refrigerator didn’t work, and the mattress was noticeably slumped, with our heads sinking downward and feet elevated, making it very uncomfortable. In the second room, the flooring was chipped and visibly worn, with sections scratched off. Both rooms' bathroom was not as clean as shown online. It gave the impression that upkeep and presentation are not a priority. While I appreciated the service, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on what was advertised.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Not sure why they gave me a handicapped accessible room which made it really hard to shower.
