Stopped in on a slow Monday hoping to enjoy a drink and the view. Instead, I got a masterclass in being invisible. I stood at the hostess stand for over five minutes while staff repeatedly walked past me to seat people who had literally just stepped off the elevator. Not a glance, not a "we'll be right with you," nothing. On a slow Monday. If this is how they treat walk-ins during off-peak hours, I can't imagine what a busy night looks like. A genuinely terrible first impression, and honestly it soured my whole outlook on this town. Won't be back.

While the location is wonderful -- everything is within footsteps of downtown Eureka Springs -- I paid a premium for a suite which was dusty, noisy and poorly lit. Due to the suites being situated on the mezzanine, I heard foot traffic from the restaurant above us all night long. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful massage by Angie, it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very knowledgeable and asked great questions about what I’d like out of the massage. She was kind and compassionate, she had a way of making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her. Please do your self a favor and ask for Angie.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, ENJOYED SETTING ON THE BALCONEY. HOWEWER I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I RECEIVED MY BILL. THE HOTEL CHARGES 18 PERCENT SERVICE POOL CHARGE THAT I DID NOT SEE POSTED ANYWHERE BEFORE SETTING DOWN AND HAD WE NOT BEEN PAYING THE WAITRESS WAS GOING TO ALLOW ME TO PAY THE SERVICE CHARGE AND TIP. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A 33 PERCENT CHARGE AND TIP.
