Edelweiss Inn

Hospitality at it's finest. Robert and Charlotte provide a welcoming environment at a prime location with very reasonable prices. The backyard firepit with deer visiting in the evening is great. Very accomodating for motorcycle riders. Restaurants within walking distance. Our group was at the Inn for a week, and by the end we felt like we had made new freinds with Robert and Charlotte. We are looking forward to our future visits to the Inn. Great place. I highly recommend a stay at the Edelweiss Inn. 5 stars.

Clean motel, motorcycle friendly

The BEST place to stay in the area. The owner and the staff are so friendly and accommodating and helpful to everyone . They know the area and so kind. They love motorcycle riders too. They even leave cleaning cloths out to wipe down your bike. The rooms are very clean and have everything needed. We LOVE Edelweiss Inn and stay here every trip.

Room was very clean and in a great location. Make sure you read the fine print of every email you send them because it’s not a normal hotel where you can check in at any time. I did not know that since I guess I looked over that very fine print in the listing. We were supposed to check in by 10 pm seeing as it was Saturday. I originally thought we were going to check in by 3, but there was a very last minute change of plans and we were not able to. We pulled into the parking lot at 10:40 or so and couldn’t see where we were supposed to check in. We were just about to leave, chalking it up as our loss, not upset at all about the misunderstanding as sometimes mistakes happen, when the owner called and asked us when we were planning on being there. He clearly was watching his camera and saw us pull into the parking lot. I simply stated I didn’t see the check in policy and he was very rude about it and spoke to me like I was an idiot, instead of someone who made a simple mistake. It was very nice of him to leave the key in the room for us so we’re weren’t out the money for another hotel, but what’s the point of doing that nice thing if you’re going to be rude about it and make the person feel bad about it? If he was actually worried we weren’t coming he would have called us after we didn’t show up at our original check in time instead of when he watched us pull into the parking lot. I already felt terrible for the misunderstanding and instead of understanding that mistakes happen he just made me feel worse about it. Very cute little hotel very close to lots of amenities though. Just make sure you don’t make any mistakes while booking.

Consistently clean, maintained, comfortable, peaceful. Been staying there ever since Robert became the owner (15-20 yrs now?). So many amenities, and he and wife Charlotte are as accommodating as they are knowledgeable.

Edelweiss is always a great place to stay. Convenient for downtown and walking distance to dining on Hwy 62. Great rooms, always clean and comfortable.

Loved this place and will def come back here to stay again. It has very comfortable beds and nice location for the Spring Fling Rally events. Downtown was a few minutes away and shared the same lot with McGaritys which had some great food/drinks. Lots of things were within walking distance and the staff was very nice.

Great place to stay in Eureka Springs. Nothing fancy, but friendly staff, great location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We will be back.

A great location ! Very Friendly & rooms are great & clean ! We always request the backside !! They do their best to accommodate you ! We continue to go back !! Enjoy seeing the deer eating in the back ! Robert & Charlotte are great !!
