Wonderful, quiet, place to stay in Eureka Springs. You are in town but the wooded back yard brings a sense of peace & quiet. Hot, delicious breakfast, coffee, and juice brought to your room at the time you request. While eating breakfast we saw deer in the yard. The service was spectacular, very polite, and can give you suggestions on things to do. When you reserve a room online it asks you what time you anticipate arriving. They do appreciate a call if you will be later than expected so they can be there to introduce you to the property. We stay in the woodlawn carriage cabin & it was great. You have a private deck. The room is as advertised, rather small which is perfect for 2. The water pressure wasn't great, but we didn't expect anything different with the historical background of the property. It is a short drive to downtown and in my opinion, I wouldn't want to walk from the property to downtown due to all the hills. We will absolutely be staying again in the future! Thanks for a great, cozy, stay.

Awesome service where they brought breakfast at your time and not what was convenient for them.

Wow, so happy that we ended up booking this place. We stayed in the slumber hill cottage and had a fantastic view off the porch. So close to all the shops and restaurants. Their service and hospitality were unmatched, they truly value their guests here! Beautiful room and amazing French toast casserole brought straight to our door!

4.5 stars out of 5. This was a 15th anniversary trip for us and or first trip to Eureka Springs. First, Amber hosted us and was very kind, helpful, and an excellent cook. Second, the accommodations are great. We stayed in the room off the main lobby. It’s an historic house but was classy and quiet. Third, it’s close to everything but you won’t be overrun by other people. Excellent location. Finally, the only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was that there is a peculiar musty smell especially in the main room/main kitchen. This carried a little bit into our room. My wife is highly sensitive to smells that give her headaches. I could smell it but it didn’t bother me in the same way. This may be something that affects you only if you’re highly sensitive such things. If you are, perhaps stay in one of the detached units, but you should be aware of it. Though, overall, this place is wonderful and Amber is awesome.

This is my FAVORITE place to stay in the Ozarks! Wonderful, clean, period authentic rooms and great meals too! The owner has a vast knowledge of the town and history and is eager to share. The property manager Amber made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend!!

I read the reviews & I feel bamboozled! We will not stay here again. We booked the silent springs room. We expected quaint but this place is so small! No closet, no amenities like a refrigerator or microwave. The tv was the size of a 2018 computer monitor. We were allowed to book a room, with a 6:30 pm check in. We called to gain room access & were told to come back in an hour-the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. 2 hours later when we returned, the floors were still wet from the mop & there were hairs on the floor in the wet water, where the mop had not been cleaned before reuse. There was a whirlpool tub that was very old-we were scared of what lurked in the vents. The only thing we liked was that the patio furniture was comfortable. Breakfast delivered on time. It was unremarkable. We went someplace else to eat. I would not recommend this place for friends or family. There are many other, much better places in Eureka.
