About this place The Aquarium

The Aquarium is a longtime live-music venue tucked upstairs above Dempsey's Public House in downtown Fargo, and one of the region's best-known small-club stages. Beyond its rock and indie calendar it is a reliably welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community, hosting a recurring free queer night that has become a fixture of Fargo's after-dark scene in a city without a dedicated gay bar. Expect an unpretentious, mixed crowd, a busy touring-band schedule, and drink specials on show nights. It sits right in the Broadway entertainment district, walkable to hotels, restaurants, and the rest of downtown.

We were a little disappointed! They really let Creed Fisher down with set up and equipment not working. He was awesome all the same!!

Went to see the Reverend Horton Heat here and it was a great smaller venue. Sound was great employees were helpful and I had an overall great time.

Great bands, great music, great atmosphere, great service. Small, but easily my favorite music venue in town.
