You didn't say anything about having to move to a single room. I was already paid through Saturday morning with Agoda. You tried to charge me more for Friday night. I said okay, refund me for Friday night and I'll check out Friday morning. You talked to the owner in California, and came back and told me to check out now, or you were going to call the police. It was Thursday morning. I have filed a complaint with Agoda. Please refund me for Thursday and Friday night. To recap, I was already paid until Saturday morning, through Agoda. And you wanted to charge me extra for Friday night. Simply refund me for Thursday and Friday night. You didn't honor the contract with Agoda. You didn't say anything about changing rooms, then you kicked me out.

I wish I could give them a -10 review. This was the worst CHOICE location I ever stayed at. No cleaning service for 4 days/3 night stay. We ended up putting our trash outside so they would take it out. Mattresses were disgusting and probably 50 years old. Asked for a late check out and they told me they would give me 30 minutes until 11:30am. At 10:56am they knocked at our door and asked if we were leaving yet...WTH!!! So called continental breakfast consisted of packages muffins and apples being left out that's it. Room 142 is close to the only working exit door (fire hazard) and by 4:30am everyone was slamming that door over and over again... it was so annoying! Do yourself a favor and DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Very disappointing Stay, The wifi was extremely poor and barely worked .The staff behaviour was not good and they were not helpful at all.I would especially not recommend this place for families with kids , as even basic things like providing water were ignored. Breakfast was also very disappointing -onlymuffins were offered ,Which is not acceptable. On the top of that, there were bed bugs in the room, Which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygenic, Overall ,This is very bad hotel experience . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

🚨🆘‼️Bed Bugs‼️🆘🚨I’m not picky. I have very low standards.. and I know the service industry is struggling to find employees to show up to work. But this place is nasty! Just filthy. The laminate floors were so dirty.. it was like a gravel road around the edges. Oh and BED BUGS! I have no idea how I’m going to process everything before going home. There were SO MANY! Big ones.. little ones.. all the sizes. Truly damaging experience. Don’t do it to yourself or your family. I’ve included some pics and videos

Was in room 5 minutes before saw what Google called a 'well fed bed bug'. Took said bug and belongings out of the room to the front desk where we were offered a room next door and refused a refund. Employee stated we would need to speak w owner. When returned the owner was not in again and employees stated owner would refuse refund as always. Owner claims guests bring the bedbugs with them.
