This hotel is without a doubt one of the best we have ever visited. From the website alone, it is immediately clear that the hotel enjoys a stunning location, beautifully appointed rooms, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. However, what impressed me most was not these outward features, but the genuine hospitality of the staff. Every member of the staff showed a thoughtful and attentive attitude while maintaining a comfortable and respectful distance. Although I cannot go into details here, we were also pleasantly surprised by several thoughtful services that we had not been aware of before our visit. Before arriving, I was slightly concerned that the hotel might feel overly stylish and attract a younger, more social media oriented crowd. In reality, however, the guests seemed calm and composed, which I felt reflected the hotel’s emphasis on sincere hospitality rather than just appearance. The restaurant was also excellent. It was clear that great care is taken with the quality of the ingredients. In many restaurants in the United States, especially with seafood, I often feel that heavy seasoning can overshadow the natural flavors, but that was not the case here. In addition, the doneness of many dishes was excellent. There were a few dishes that were slightly too salty, which was a minor drawback. If I were to mention one small concern, it would be that the sofas on the rooftop had some sand on them, which made it difficult to stay there for long. However, there are many other ways to enjoy the view from the rooftop, so this is also a very minor point.

Hands down the best romantic getaway in Sedona. Worth the visit any time of year

Stunning all across the board! Service and food are absolutely impeccable.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The Atriums themselves were unique being stand alone structures, floor to ceiling windows (black out curtains available), upstairs deck. It felt like my own private oasis with everything I needed right on site including an entrance to hiking trails right on property. The text for immediate service worked like a charm. My requests were handled immediately. The food at the onsite restaurant also a plus. Overall, I recommend this place. It quickly became one of my favorites. I will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful, peaceful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. So happy we choose this for our Honeymoon.

Thank you for having such a beautiful itinerary straight from the hotel itself! We had booked the jeep tours, the sip and horseback riding, and the spa for our stay Ambiente definitely lives up to the name. The employees are always happy to help and the breakfast here is definitely best in Sedona ! The views from my room are breathtaking and the BATH TUB ? Very happy about my stay and I’m very glad I spent my last two birthdays here. I can’t wait for next year.

Booked a couples massage at the Velvet Spa in the resort and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the couples massage was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. We also did the pre-soak, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The spa is on the smaller side, but it’s very clean and well-kept with a nice, calming atmosphere. Only downside is that you can’t use the pool unless you’re a hotel guest, and the amenities are pretty limited, just a small outdoor sauna. Overall though, definitely worth it for the quality of the massage and the setting.

Top notch adult only hotel with nice pool, hot tub and great service. Good on-site restaurant and spa.
