Locked out of my room when I went for a run due to a payment problem on my EA's company credit card. Should have been no issue. I was staying there for 3 nights at a conference. A simple note under the door or call to the room to sort it would have been fine. Instead, they locked me out while I was out for a run. The management doubled down by saying that they wouldn't consider leaving a note as I could just run away without paying anyway. Here I thought we live in a high trust society backed by a strong legal systems.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Elizabeth Hotel. The hotel property is really beautiful, the upstairs veranda is lovely, the front desk concierge Hannah had really exceptional customer service skills and great recommendations. Just all around a wonderful experience, thank you all!

Cannot beat the location. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are not huge - but not tiny either. (I recommend they invest in new mattresses - soon...) Restaurant food is delicious.

I had the most incredible stay here during my recent travels and was completely blown away by the unique musical theme throughout the entire property. The lobby is absolutely stunning with its chic, artistic decor, and they even have a lending library where you can checkout real vinyl records to play on the turntable right in your room. My room was immaculately clean, featured ultra-comfortable bedding, and had large windows that let in beautiful natural light. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the central location made it incredibly easy to walk to all the best local shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel and nice location. But a 4 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. Profiteering to the max, I got a Gatorade and a small bag of chips. $40. Charged me $25 a night for parking, it should be free for the price of the hotel. The live music is nice and it’s a pretty hotel, but definitely not a 5 star hotel. Get real.
