The property manager Lisa is Awesome!!!
The location of the property is ideal, close to the beach. The pool has a lot of dead insects that had already disintegrated which tells you that the pool had not been cleaned or skimmed. We arrived at the property in the afternoon. There was NO staff to let you in. Apparently, they should have sent the email instructions with the code for the gate and the room within 24-48 hours of your checking-in. They sent the email at 8AM ON THE DAY we were checking in WHILE we were in transit through the airport. When you call the number of the property, NO ONE ANSWERS! Then you receive a text claiming that the person is on the phone and keeps just saying read the email that she sent INSTEAD of just sending the codes. She expects you to filter through your inbox while in the Florida heat. She just communicates through text messages. Goodluck when you need assistance in the property, you don't see any staff to talk with. I would not recommend this place. It was only a last-ditch choice because the prices of the other hotels were $500+ as it was apparently the boat show season.
It's ok good shower bath and supply's. But tight but doable. Pay attention to your door lock when u leave
Really friendly and kind people. There is some "weather" issues so I cancelled my trip and they accepted to refund me the total amount of the service. Really appreciate that since not all hotels do that. I highly recommend these really freindly people
They made checking in and out super simple. We didn't have any trouble with parking and they left us some beach chairs to use! Nice place.
I rented this apartment in Fort Lauderdale for Memorial Day weekend with my mom and daughter, and it was an absolute gem. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was well-stocked with essential toiletries and plenty of towels for all of us, and the kitchen came equipped with the basics, including a microwave and toaster—perfect for quick meals. One of the biggest highlights for me was the included parking. This is incredibly rare for beach rentals in the area, where you're usually charged extra per day just to park. Having it included in the price was a huge bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised by the sofa bed—super comfy and roomy enough for two people to sleep well. The pool area was another plus: clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. No loud music or parties allowed, which was a blessing and something I’ve struggled to find in South Florida rentals. The price is unbeatable for what you get. As someone who has rented many beach apartments, I can say with confidence that this place offers incredible value. I’ve officially found my go-to spot in Fort Lauderdale and plan to return every weekend I can. The location is perfect—less than 50 meters from the beach. There's a CVS about 600 meters away, ideal for picking up essentials or even fresh fruit. And just a block away is Casa Playa, a restaurant that quickly became our favorite. Don’t miss their fried snapper or skirt steak—both were delicious. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped beach escape at a great price!
