Royal Palms Resort

We had a great stay at Royal Palms. The rooms were comfortable and clean and as well the cleaning service was routinely attentive. Front office staff were helpful when we needed them. However I believe staff supports several locations and might not always be on site available. For our stay this did not affect us. Parking spots were always available to us but we were disappointed by a daily parking fee. There was a nice pool area and a bar. However the bar appears to only be open around weekends. Location was great for us. Just one block walk to the beach and a local coffee shop. The nightly overnight stay fee was not that expensive so overall we think this was a great all around value. Recommended!

Very clean room. Convenient to all the places we wanted to go and the cruise port. Staff was super friendly!! William and Deena really made the stay GREAT!!

Upon check in I was met with the two most wonderful concierge I have ever dealt with. Because there were no pets allowed at my original hotel selection they quickly moved me to a neighboring property that was also beautiful. My service animal and I had a great sleep. This morning I decided to extend my stay since I arrived so late and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the property, I reached out via text to let them know I would be doing so. When I received my response the tone was immediately different. The no pet policy was followed by a fee being applied to my reservation. Service animals are not pets and who I was speaking with, refused to acknowledge her status. I was hoping to stay long term but the level of disrespect didn’t align with what I experienced last night and decided to leave. This was just my experience and I am very understanding if someone is having a bad day but certain things cross a line and mindfulness needs to be at the forefront when dealing with someone who has a disability. She is not a dog, she is my medical device and no one other than my doctor can instruct how she is used. A huge thank you to the gentlemen who did check me in. It’s was very nice to be met with such warmth and compassion after a very stressful long day.

Stayed here for the 5th time and as usual great little hotel and staff in particular Arianna was very helpful with my stay .Look forward to returning .

The staff was very nice, Our room was very clean and comfortable, a minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and things to do near by. Housekeeping was great too

We were upgraded from a 2 queen room to a king room without charge. We loved the rainshower in the bathroom. The patio by the pool was nice and had a bar.
