Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne Downtown

Great stay, a bit of a tricky parking structure then wind your way down to hotel but not far. Parking cost but tons of spots and clean and lighting threw out.

Flew out on a business trip and got here in the evening and was helped by Ian. One of the friendliest overnight staff I have ever met! More than willing and able to help me with my accommodations and recommendations things to do in the area during my stay! I only requested help from the desk at the evening time cause of it. Room was Clean and housekeeping was kind as well.

Excellent place to stay in Fort Wayne. Great restaurants/bar on the top floor. Very friendly staff, especially Linda at the front desk! Can’t recommend staying here enough!

The hotel is nice but do not get a room on the street side...so loud. The team was able to accommodate a move to the other side of the building. Much quieter. Good location in the heart of downtown.

Hotel room was clean and decent however the 2nd shift staff was rude at the desk and their parking is a nightmare trying to navigate the parking garage to the hotel is extremely difficult

This hotel was filthy. We checked in just after 3, which was the time we were told we could check in. Entry walk ways leading in to the hotel weren’t salted well. They had to make key cards in the back room. As we head to go to our room, we get on an elevator, the flooring is horribly filthy and the elevator itself rides like it is in need of service. Once we got to the second floor, you saw the housekeeping cart in the hall, overflowing with trash, and most rooms were still propped open, in need of cleaning. Keyed in to our assigned room to find the walls just plain disgusting, it looked like someone had rubbed oil on them in large areas, bedding was crumpled, head board was also covered in greasy film, tiles were dirty, shower floor was dirty, and there was mold on the ceiling above the toilet where they aren’t addressing a water leak. We went to the front desk and notified them that we would just be going elsewhere. Later received the automated text that asked how our stay was going after we relocated ourselves to another hotel.

They are so good and nice Hotel is so good and clean

Front desk staff was rude. Would not recommend.
