My boyfriend and I checked into this hotel on a whim looking for a place at 11:30pm. We checked into our room, the attendant wasn't unpleasant but not super friendly either. Go into the room... we were there for about 30 minutes. Long enough to figure out what we wanted to order from door dash.... before finding a cockroach and, upon further investigation, a silverfish bug. We immediately grabbed our things and I requested a refund. We checked into at the Holiday Inn down the road. Upon talking to the hotel today (after they inadvertently charged me AGAIN instead of refunding me) they assured me BOTH charges were refunded and that what we had seen were just pincher bugs and they had no control over those. Well, see for yourself in the photos - what we saw were not pincher bugs. My opinion, stay away... unless you want to take creatures home with you.

Everything on the 2nd floor was out of order, they give you a hassle about clean linen even if you book for a few days, and the receptionist looked me dead in the eyes and told me they serve breakfast 6am-10am, another employee said they haven’t provided breakfast in at least 2 years so yeah there’s that. Make sure you bring extra towels and food!!!! You are not going to get half of the amenities they advertise 😒 oh yeah the showers are the best I’ve ever used at a hotel the pressure is great and the water gets hot to your liking!
