About This Event

Greensboro Pride started small, a community gathering. Now it's one of the Piedmont Triad's most anticipated yearly events, pulling in thousands from across North Carolina and the Southeast. For years, the festival has pushed for visibility and equality, showing off LGBTQ+ life in a part of the country that hasn't always had big queer events. The 2026 festival will continue that, celebrating the people who came before, and welcoming everyone new.

You'll find a weekend full of live music, drag, dance, and a colorful parade that snakes through downtown Greensboro. Local and regional artists will play on different stages. Community groups, food trucks, and a vendor market will line the streets. There are family zones, youth programs, and after-parties at LGBTQ+-friendly spots.
