Very clean and fancy, but much too expensive for me. I was interviewing in town for a low-wage job. I cannot afford $200 per night to stay in a Hotel. I would prefer that the room be small and spartan. For example, I don't need a television set. Also, I do not need a bath towel, unless I buy one from the front desk. Perhaps there could be a partial refund for returning the towel at the end of stay. I think that guest rooms should be less than 500 square feet in size. I really would benefit from a place to sleep at night that costs less than one days wages at minimum wage, assuming that I work 40 hours per week.

Layla was super helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best accommodations after the only other hotel in town dropped the ball on a reservation that we had had for 2 weeks

We're riding bicycles on the GRMBR and this was our oasis. Clean, spacious rooms with good beds. And it has a bath tub! Receptionists were exceptionally nice. Convenient to restaurants. Walls were thin enough things were a bit loud at times from neighbors.

The room and bed were comfortable and location is very convenient to local stores & restaurants. The curtain rod was broken, but we were able to close it. We were disappointed that the ice machine was broken and nothing was offered to compensate us for the inconvenience. Not even an apology from Krystal, the Manager, who was extremely rude and unfriendly. The day we checked out, we met Layla at the front desk who was very nice. I will be contacting the corporate office in regard to Krystal's rude behavior.
