You haven't sent me back the $100 deposit.

The room was clean small room with the kitchen bathroom and all we needed for a short vacay. It did get hot in there wish there was another AC or a fan but we were not in there a lot during the day. The picture I saw of the blue building was across the street from the office where you check in.

Everything went very well

They handled the long lines very well. This is our go to spot when we stay in Hollywood Beach. The beds are very comfortable. The room is clean. We didn't do breakfast this time but we usually do. See you next year if not before.

I stayed at the Palms and the room was clean. The office staff is mostly pretty good despite some negative reviews. Patricia is great and very sweet lady. The guys were very good too. House keeping during the week was not good. I had to always go and get towels, etc but it worked out well because of the office staff. Only other thing, good luck finding the office. I was dropped off at Greniers which is what I booked for and had no idea where I was at. I asked 3 people how to get to office. Everybody was very nice and friendly so it all worked out. The location is perfect.
