My wife and I come down every year for the past six years and it is the best place to stay by FAR. And your staff is incredible welcoming fun and we gotta give a shout out to our girl Diana on the pool deck. We seek her out every year and her energy and smile is amazing. One of the best reasons we like staying here is her as well. It’s like coming home once again, thank you Margaritaville Hollywood Florida will see you next year.

One of your employees went above and beyond for my family and I have to give them a shoutout for their hospitality! Last night around 3:30am I was wandering around the hotel looking for a ginger ale for my brother who had an upset stomach. After many failed attempts at some vending machines I decided to go to the front desk to see if I had any luck finding something to help him out. I had the pleasure of meeting Rogenia at this time, and she was incredible. I felt terrible because it is such a random time and I was concerned that I would not be able to find anyone to help, let alone someone who was so kind and pleasant. She immediately went on the hunt for a ginger ale and was so quick to return with it. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and it’s so rare to find a hidden gem like Rogenia who is compassionate and eager to assist, especially during graveyard shifts. I hope this reaches her boss or management team and she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Rogenia for making our stay with Margaritaville one that I will always remember in such positive light, and continue to recommend to friends and loved ones.
