Hollywood Beach Suites + Hotel

Excellent customer service, the staff, particularly Nicolas, is very accommodating and professional, he is an amazing and easygoing person. Everything for the check-in was smooth and nice. Customer excellence: especially I recommend Nico.This hotel is incredible. Really nice stay.

The outdoor and room furniture was in poor condition. There was no coffee in the room or at reception, which was disappointing as most cheaper hotels offer it. Furthermore, we had to go to the adjacent restaurant for ice (ice maker). The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff and all the other personnel did a great job.

Great location and all the staff were amazing. The receptionist, Nora, she an amazing staff. Very kind and sweet, great hospitality, made check-in a smooth process.

Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating my best friend’s bachelorette, and Hollywood Beach Suites and Hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, the location couldn’t have been better (literally steps from the beach), and Nora and Pamela made the experience even more special. They were so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared that we had a great time. Plus, the free shot and Happy Hour at Taco Shack was the cherry on top! We already can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommend! 🩷🍹🌴

We went yesterday, June 14th. Everything was very nice, very pleasant, very clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly. We have to return soon. The beach is nearby, and the parking was right in front of our room. Congratulations!
