What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's clean rooms, spectacular city views, and the professional and helpful service from staff members like Abdul and Elizabeth. However, some guests have experienced significant issues, including non-functional room plugs, a lack of valet service, and a concerning incident where a suitcase was stolen from a room, with management taking weeks to respond. There are also reports of unprofessional and condescending behavior from a front desk employee.

The valet service had a few difficulties at the beginning, but Abdul was excellent and quickly got everything sorted out. He went above and beyond by helping load our luggage to the room and then loading our car when we checked out. His professionalism and helpful attitude made a big difference in our experience. Thank you, Abdul!

Front desk lady was HORRIBLE. She was beyond condescending and laughed at my complaint. I would never have someone like her as the face of my hotel

Had dinner at the bar. We were served by Elizabeth who was kind, professional and attentive. Food was equally as good as the service. Looking forward to me next stay.
