This sounds crazy and I've never left a review anywhere before, but personally my room was haunted. I was supposed to stay 2 nights here, non refundable. It was bad enough that I left at 5am in the middle of night 1. I haven't had issues with a "haunted hotel" before and normally wouldnt believe in that stuff either. You couldn't pay me to come back.

Beautiful suite, wished we were staying longer. Wasn't a fan of the cable cars horn so early but that's nothing the hotel can control. The bed and pillows were comfy, but the TV wouldn't work in the living room which annoyed my boyfriend because I was sleeping late in the bedroom. Also, the area is a little bit of a dead zone at night, felt a little eerie?

Okay, so i booked this place because a colleague had booked it previously and it looked good online so wanted to give it a try since this was my first time ever in Houston TX. So the room they gave me on the 14th floor was dirty with some white film on the table and floor in the sitting area (photos attached). No towels in the bathroom. Sticky floor in the kitchen, and bad odor coming from stovetop, like ill, dried eggs that never got cleaned. And the tv remote didn’t work. I told the lady at the front desk, and she didn’t look very happy about this. But after some time she agreed to give me a new room on the 16th floor. The new room was very pleasant and clean, but it was indeed tiresome after such a long flight from Seattle to set all my things down and rest and then have to gather everything again to change rooms, especially since I was staying for 6 nights. The customer service lady didn’t apologize and smile at me the next day, and that did make a difference because, they are making an effort to have a welcoming atmosphere for their guests. So i would recommend this place, but with a level of caution ⚠️ to check room before setting in

I was skeptical at first, but this is an amazing place to stay in downtown Houston. Great restaurants within walking distance, and a short walk to the George Brown convention center. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here again. The people were wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

High traffic during check in. Because of downtown location. Check in process was great using the kiosk with the ability to make your own key card or use your phone as a key. Rooms were nicely decorated. Felt like a home away from home once inside your room. Valet is convenient but way pricier than the parking garages nearby.
