Excelent servicié and atte tino on reception

I used Booking.com for this hotel. Paid for 2 rooms and asked to be connected rooms. The hotel texted me on the following day saying they only found 1 room on my reservation. I told them I booked 2 rooms. They didn’t answer for the whole day! I called and explained by the phone and still nothing they could do. I had to call Booking.com twice trying to fix it. Nothing! The hotel couldn’t solve it! Unbelievable. They won’t even reply my messages or call me. I had to cancel and find another hotel who cares a more about their customers .

Overall I had a very good stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was really nice. The only issue I faced was that the internet on the tv stopped working. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. No one came. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at the Whitehall Hotel in Houston, Texas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-organized, and professionally managed from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to John at the front desk, who went above and beyond when an unexpected flight change created a challenging situation. His outstanding customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful travel day much easier. Employees like John are what set great hotels apart from the competition. The hotel rooms were comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. The on-site dining was fantastic, with excellent food and service throughout my stay. While overnight parking is a bit expensive, the exceptional hospitality, convenient downtown Houston location, and attentive staff more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a quality hotel in Houston with friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, great food, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend the Whitehall Hotel. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Houston.

The staff was top knotch, the property is older, and you can tell. Paying $50 a night for parking without a choice is outrageous!! I was VERY disappointed that I let the hotel know ahead of time that this was our anniversary trip and nothing was done. The hotel acknowledged my message, so they were aware, but nothing, not even a "happy anniversary" was said. Honestly, the staff saved this hotel from being a "no go zone" for me. The restaurant is only open at certain hours, the outside bar was never open and the coffee bar was never open. I don't believe this hotel is worth the money.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The WiFi is weak especially if using for work.
