In the last year, we’ve stayed at this hotel three times. Overall, I think it’s a solid Marriott, yet improvements are needed. 1. Staffing…no issues. Everyone was quite helpful and professional. 2. American flag. If you’re going to fly it, respect it. It’s quite obvious it’s been torn and faded for a while. Please don’t tell me you’re looking to replace it when it’s that torn and faded. Fix it or replace it as soon as it’s torn or shows heavy fading. 3. Elliptical machines. Now, this might be due to a lack of feedback from the guest, but your ellipticals need repair. The one on the left has a hitch or catch between strides. 4. I’m assessing the elevators not working might stem from the water leak and flooding you experienced a few weeks ago. If so, that’s a corporate issue in letting them remain inoperable. If it’s something else, copy all as things break. You have a solid hotel. Please take care of your staff and facilities, and this will provide you with a successful establishment. Thanks, Ron

Stay there all the time for work and put employees up in rooms with a phone call and AMEX on file. Simple and nice big clean rooms.

The hotel was decent. Rooms were clean and the food at the restaurant wasn’t bad. Kelly who checked me in was great. She knew good recommendations to check out in the area and was very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities. The bartender/server was also great. She gave good food suggestions and even had the chef make me something they had featured a week prior as a special. They have a huge fish tank right when you walk in. Kelly was telling me about the different fish and was cool education session. I gotta give it to the ownership. The fish tank is awesome and really adds a wow factor right when you walk in.

We booked a hotel block for our wedding guests at this hotel because it seemed like a nicer place given the area. On Friday night (hours before our wedding), the entire place flooded from the sprinklers going off and everyone had to evacuate. Staff, particularly Coryn, were initially as helpful as possible given the emergency. However, once time had passed and Wade (ownership, I believe) arrived, we received no more information about the situation or help with trying to relocate our guests. Our guests were sitting outside with their luggage because they were told to evacuate but staff eventually told people to just return to their rooms. Hallways were flooded, the ceiling tiles were falling down, and the lights were flickering. We initially were promised assistance in transferring guests to another hotel, but Wade told us to “just make the best of it” and that only those “affected” could be moved rooms. Alarms were going off all night and puddles filled the carpets in hallways. All guests were “affected” by this debacle. He made no attempt to help us out at all. We had several guests checking in on Saturday as well and there was no clarity given to us about what to tell them to do. Coryn was very nice. Addison and Mike were a great help setting up the block in the first place. Very friendly.
