Dodici Night Suites [Hotel]

My man took me here for a surprise 3 day trip. He rented the family suite, which was huge and overlooked the lovely park like downtown square. The suite was so homey yet tastefully decorated and well appointed, not to mention immaculate! The large stocked kitchen made it possible for me to cook him an elaborate meal and serve it in the dining room which we loved. We walked to the nearby Chinese restaurant for a tasty meal the other night. I caused a slight kitchen mishap for which Lorraine was quick to provide assistance. We were comfy and happy and will definitely be back to this luxurious place!

Would not recommend staying here. note they require 7 days to cancel a reservation and they will be charge you for Canceling regardless. My card was pre-charged several days prior

Dodici Night Suites is an absolute GEM! We stayed in the Queen Suite & highly recommend it. The suites are located in a historic building above an exquisite Italian restaurant & adorable coffee shop near Washington's town square. While this is an older, restored building, know that EVERY single thing in the Queen Suite is brand NEW, extremely tasteful, and CLEAN! The woodwork, bath fixtuures, flooring, carpet, bedding, TV, mini- fridge with a generously-sized freezer compartment, etc. are all new! The Queen suite is perfect for two travelers needing separate sleeping areas since there's a queen bed in each of the two separate rooms. And, the suite's decor would also make for a lovely romantic get-away spot, not to mention that the price is an incredible value! The quality of the accommodations far surpasses the minimal cost that is charged. In fact, I was a little nervous about what to expect due to the low cost, but based on all of the positive reviews, this was worth checking out & I'm so glad I did. I can't forget mentioning the bed and bedding. My bed was the one in the room with direct access to the bathroom. I can't remember when I've slept on such a comfortable mattress with cozy, comfy pillows and comforter, too. THE BEST! Lorraine & Isabella are accessible by email and cell phone. You can count on them to reply with a text to answer any questions or help you get checked in. If mobility challenges are an issue, however, I hate to disappoint you, but this is not the place for you; a long stairway is what provides access to the suites, all of which are on the second floor. I am eager to make a return visit with my husband and stay longer. Thank you, thank you, Lorraine, Isabella, & everyone who's part of the Dodici team, for the lovely accommodations you provide!

These suites are absolutely fantastic! They are adorable, we'll equipt, and have the little touches that make ay stay absolutely fantastic. It's location cannot be beat in this area and the cafe and coffee shop attached are the best! I'll be staying again without question (if it's available I hope!)

Excellence! Comfortable rooms and suites with a gracious host and outstanding service! On the square, across from the city park with beautiful fountain, band concerts and other activities, we stay here whenever we visit Washington. With our parents in a nursing home the past several years visits became more frequent, typically monthly; the comfort, clean spaces, lovely design and amenities afforded at Dodici Night Suites have made all the difference. Over the past year our extended family has spent several weeks together here, saying goodbye to Dad, and then to Mom. Lorraine and Dodici have helped keep our family together with space to grieve, laugh and reminisce. A quick sandwich from the Dodici shop on busy days, a catered family meal from Cafe Dodici, living space to gather have made all the difference. Dodici will be our reunion spot in the years ahead; even our non-Washington raised spouses concur..."but only if we can stay at Dodici Night Suites and dine at Cafe Dodici."

Attention to detail and cleanliness was superb. The rooms were well appointed with coffee and a great restaurant below. Great views of the Park on the West side rooms. What a great asset to have in Washington, Iowa.

It's perfect; exactly what we needed. Beautiful design and wonderful attention to details. A lovely place to reset and take a deep breath.

I can say with confidence and pride that the suites are always immaculate and the owners go above and beyond to make your stay not only noteworthy, but the highlight of your travels. If you're anything like me, and want to feel comfortable, stay in a clean inviting space, and like to pretentiously hold your chalice of bourbon looking contemplatively and melodramatically over a pristine idyllic scene of the heart of downtown Washington, then, in the words of Talking Heads, this must be the place.

Lovely overnight suites! Better than "home away from home". Perfect for a romantic rendezvous or family fun filled stay! My family and I spent a few nights in the Family Suite which overlooks the quaint downtown square and has all the amenities you need to feel comfortable. The Coffee Shop downstairs is an added bonus for coffee and freshly baked scones in the morning!

I really enjoyed our stay in the Family Suite. It was way more comfortable and relaxing than a regular hotel room. Thank you!

I’ve been there and has been one of my best experiences . Excellent hospitality . Max comfort Very beautiful place . Sweet memories . The owners are very familiar people . I suggest to make a trip there and try it .

If you build it, they will come as the movie line goes. They built these suites and we came. Clean, affordable and great service. There is a coffee pod machine in the room, but stroll down stairs and you can enjoy the full fledge coffee house, or a 5 star meal at the Café Dodici. Coming to Washington? This is the place for your accommodations.
